Guarantee
All items carry a 30-day money-back guarantee, if returned in their original condition with original retail packaging. Credit will be given for the cost of the merchandise only, not including shipping charges.
If the package is returned, but not in fully saleable condition, partial credit may be given at our option.
If an item is returned for a reason other than defect and there was no charge for shipping the original order, a charge for shipping will be deducted from the credit given
Large quantity orders that are returned in full or partially will be charged a restocking fee.
Sales are final on special orders and engraved merchandise and may not be returned.
Billing
We use AVS (Address Verification Service) when authorizing credit card transactions. This is to protect you from unauthorized use of your credit cards and to protect us from fraudulent use of credit cards.
The street address and zip code of your credit card billing address must match those on your order.
If a match does not occur in both places we will cancel the order. You then need to re-submit the order with the correct "Bill to" address. You can have a different "Ship to" address.

Shipping
We ship via US Priority Mail and UPS. Shipping costs are based on method sent and weight of the package. Days mentioned are "business days" and do not include Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. There will be an extra charge for Saturday delivery; call to find out the cost.
US Priority mail is most cost effective and fastest for small, light weight items (under 2 lbs.) like charms and most jewelry.
UPS rates are pretty much self explanatory, but require a physical address (not a Post Office Box Number). If you have question, please call us.
UPS Ground to MA, CT, RI, NH, VT and ME will usually arrive in 1 business day from Shipping
UPS Ground to NY, PA, NJ, MD, DE, WV, VA, Northeast OH, and DC will usually arrive in 2 business days
UPS Ground to NC, SC, GA, AL, TN Ky, OH, IN, IL, MO, IA, WI and MN will usually arrive in 3 business days
UPS Ground to FL, MS, LA, AR, Western MO, Northeast TX, OK, KS, NE, SD, East ND, and East CO will usually arrive in 4 business days
UPS Ground to West TX, West CO, NM, AZ, UT, WY, MT, ID, NZ, CA, OR and WA will usually arrive in 5 business days
Remote parts of CA, OR and ID will take 6 business days.
The further West the longer the delivery.
You can see the actual rate for your order on one of the last screens. You can always go back and change the method, and therefore the rate, before final check out.
In some cases we will change the shipping method if it is to your advantage either cost and/or time wise. We will also adjust the shipping charge if you chose the wrong method such as choosing an international method when shipping inside the US or vice versa.
